On the way we price
Why we publish flat rates
Because in a hard week, no one should have to negotiate — so we publish one flat price per service and hold to it.
Many providers price cremation by weight, with tiers that rise as a pet gets bigger, and families often encounter extra fees they didn’t expect — a weekend surcharge, or mileage for home pickup. When pricing works that way, the final total can be hard to predict at exactly the moment predictability matters most.
We priced things differently on purpose. One flat rate per service, whatever your pet’s size, whatever day of the week, wherever you are in Los Angeles County.
A six-pound cat and a hundred-and-ten-pound shepherd cost exactly the same, and the price on the phone is the price you pay.
Optional extras & how to pay
What do extra keepsakes cost?
An additional clay paw print or nose print is $50 each, and an ink nose print or paw print is $35 each. These are the only add-ons that carry their own price, and they are always optional.
- Additional clay paw or nose print — $50 each
- Additional ink paw or nose print — $35 each
- Always optional — no one will ever push an upsell on you
Ways to pay
- Card
- Zelle
- Checks
- Cash
If you’d like something more lasting, we also offer cedar memorial urns, biodegradable urns, and memorial jewelry — you can browse the keepsakes page whenever you feel ready, or never at all. Because prices are flat, the amount never changes between your first call and payment.
Included, never a line item
Hand delivery is included — we never ship ashes
When your pet’s ashes are ready, a member of our team drives them back to your home and places them in your hands — they are never mailed and never handed to a courier.
Delivery is part of the flat price, not a line item. Most families have their pet home again within two to three weeks of pickup, and the same care applies whether you live five minutes from us in Glendale or across Los Angeles County.
