The Foundation of Everything We Do

We believe the cost of a goodbye should never determine the quality of it.

Passing Paws exists to make dignified, compassionate aftercare accessible to every family in our community — regardless of their budget.

Our Promise to You

Nine Things We Commit To

Not slogans, but the specific commitments we hold ourselves to on every call and every pickup — the ones we would want kept for our own pets.

01

Transparent Pricing

We tell you the cost upfront, on the first call. No surprise fees, no upselling, no confusion. You know the number before we schedule anything.

02

Honest Options

We offer private (individual) cremation, communal cremation, and aquamation — a gentle water-based alternative. Whichever option fits your family and your budget, every pet receives the same standard of care.

03

7-Day Availability

We are here every day of the week, from 8am to 8pm, to talk you through whatever you are facing. No question is too small, and no concern is one we won’t make time for.

04

Home Pickup Always

We come to you. Your pet should never have to make one last stressful trip to an unfamiliar place. We arrive at your door, on your schedule.

05

Identified Remains

A Cremation Identification Tag travels with your pet throughout the entire process. You will always know with certainty that the ashes you receive are your companion’s.

06

Dignified Transport

Your pet is transported with care and respect — properly covered and handled as the family member they are. We treat every pickup with the reverence it deserves.

07

No Rush, No Pressure

We never rush the process. You set the pace. When you’re ready, we’re ready. We follow your lead and honor whatever timeline feels right for your family.

08

Accessible to All

We built our pricing with working families in mind. Dignity should not be a luxury. If cost is a concern, talk to us — we will always do our best to help.

09

Ongoing Support

We are here after the service too. If you have questions, need to talk, or simply want to reach out — we answer. The relationship doesn’t end when the service does.

Pricing

Fair Prices. No Surprises.

We designed our pricing after speaking with families who had been hurt by the industry — families who were charged unexpected fees during their worst moments, or who had to choose a lesser option because they couldn’t afford better.

Our prices reflect what it actually costs to provide great care — not what the market will bear during a family’s most vulnerable hour. We are transparent about every charge before we schedule anything.

Call us and ask. We will tell you everything.

What you’ll never be charged for
  • No trip fee or mileage surcharge
  • No weekend or holiday upcharge — ever
  • No hidden handling fees
  • Price quoted on call, honored at service
  • Card, Zelle, check, or cash — whatever is easiest

Three services, three flat prices — the number we quote is the number you pay.

Communal
$249

Cremated together with gentle care; ashes are not returned.

Private
$399

Your pet is cremated alone, always — and their ashes come home to you.

Aquamation
$449

A gentle, water-based alternative to flame.

Need your pet to pass peacefully at home first? We coordinate in-home euthanasia through Saving Grace Veterinary Services — a separate licensed practice — so one call can arrange both a gentle goodbye and the aftercare that follows.
