We want you to feel informed and supported — never confused.
Pet Cremation
How does the pickup process work?
Once you contact us, we schedule a time to come directly to your home. Our team arrives at the agreed time and gently transports your pet. You do not need to go anywhere or do anything — we handle every detail from beginning to end.
How long does the cremation process take?
Cremation is typically completed within 2–3 weeks from the time of pickup. We never rush the process. We will keep you informed throughout and let you know when your pet's ashes are ready to be returned to your home.
Will I definitely get my own pet's ashes back?
Yes — when you choose private cremation. With private cremation your pet is never cremated alongside other animals, and a Cremation Identification Tag accompanies your pet throughout the entire process to ensure the ashes returned are solely your companion's. Communal cremation does not include the return of ashes — it is an option for families who prefer not to receive ashes back.
What sizes of pets do you pick up?
We care for pets of all sizes — from small birds and hamsters weighing just a few ounces to large dogs over 100 pounds. If you have any questions about your specific pet, please call us and we will confirm everything before your appointment.
Do you offer communal cremation?
Yes. We offer both private (individual) and communal cremation. Communal cremation is more affordable and is often chosen by families who do not need ashes returned, while private cremation ensures the ashes returned are exclusively your pet's. We'll walk you through every option on the phone so you can choose what fits your family.
What is aquamation?
Aquamation — also called water cremation or alkaline hydrolysis — is a gentle, water-based alternative to traditional flame cremation. It uses water and a small amount of alkaline solution to return your pet to their natural elements. The result and timeline are similar to traditional cremation, and we offer aquamation in both private and communal options. Many families choose it for its gentler, more eco-friendly process.
In-Home Euthanasia
What is in-home euthanasia?
In-home euthanasia is when a licensed veterinarian comes to your home to help your pet pass peacefully — in familiar surroundings, in their own bed, surrounded by the people they love — rather than in a clinical environment. It is widely considered the most humane and compassionate option for end-of-life care.
Who performs the in-home euthanasia?
We partner with Saving Grace Veterinary Services, a licensed veterinary practice specializing in compassionate in-home end-of-life care. All appointments are conducted by a licensed veterinarian who is experienced, gentle, and deeply committed to your pet's comfort and your family's peace.
Can I schedule cremation at the same time as euthanasia?
Yes. We coordinate directly with Saving Grace Veterinary Services so that cremation pickup can be arranged to follow the appointment seamlessly. You will not need to make separate calls or manage two different providers — we handle the coordination for you, so all you have to do is be present with your pet.
Scheduling & Pricing
How do I schedule a service?
Call us at (626) 340-0000 — we are available from 8am to 8pm, every day of the week. You can also use our online contact form and we will reach back out promptly. We will walk you through every option on the call, answer all your questions, and schedule everything at a time that works for your family.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We quote your full price on the first call and we honor that price at the time of service. There are no weekend or holiday surcharges, no mileage fees, no hidden handling fees, and no surprise charges. What we tell you on the phone is what you pay — no exceptions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. If payment is a concern, please speak with us directly — we are committed to finding a solution that works for your family.
What areas do you serve?
We serve families across the greater Los Angeles area — including Burbank, Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, Los Feliz, Atwater Village, Silver Lake, Eagle Rock, Alhambra, South Pasadena, and surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether we reach your neighborhood, just call us and we will let you know.
Keepsakes & Products
What keepsake options are available?
We offer clay and ink paw print impressions, clay and ink nose prints, a fur clipping keepsake, gold display stands, and a range of memorial urns and cedar chests. Every private cremation includes an Aromatic Cedar Urn, a clay paw print, and a fur clipping. See our Keepsakes page for full details and pricing.
Can I order keepsakes separately without a cremation service?
Most of our keepsakes are offered as add-ons to cremation services. Please call us to discuss your specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate you. We never want the answer to be no.
